sins to a priest......? im catholic and i just dont like doing this...however, when i confess them to God by myself, i still don't "feel" forgiven......atheists feel free to answer how you make yourself feel better ?

bonus question how do you let go of past childhood abuse, i am in therapy and it helps to a degree im just so depressed (i take meds)
