...eat fish? I do understand that dairy and meat should be consumed in moderation, but what about fish? Fish contains Omega 3 and is the healthiest food in the world. Nothing to worry about

Is that why one out of six babies born in America have been exposed to levels of mercury so high that they are potentially at risk of developing learning disabilities, motor skill impairment as well as short-term memory loss?

Believe it or not, there is even a connection between eating fish and diabetes. According to a study published by the National Taiwan University, the methylmercury (which is mercury's most hazardous form) that builds up in fish can destroy the cells in the pancreas that make insulin.

Although this is a risk factor, bear in mind that the number one cause of diabetes is obesity, something that occurs to carcass eaters and milk suckers exclusively...

"Fish contains Omega 3 and is the healthiest food in the world"

Wow, that's quite a bold statement! Forget fruits and veggies, which are necessary for optimal health - fish is the healthiest food! Seriously, what are you basing that on? Fish is not the healthiest food there is. There is not one "healthiest food", because lots of different food is necessary for different things. Fish, however, is not necessary at all. Sure it contains Omega 3 fatty acids, but so do flax seeds and walnuts. It has lots of protein, but so do beans, nuts, seeds, whole grains, etc. I would also be worried about the high mercury content in lots of fish, which Christine explained very well.
