I got 2 lines and added a 3rd line, i got unlimited internet for 2 of the phones and then the next day i immediately took it off. They were suppose to BLOCK the internet but instead did pay-per-use, my lil bro's gf used AIM on the phone and didn't know that was part of the bill so my bill came out to be 350 in just internet!
I got back into town from being away for about a month so i came back to seeing that i owe 750!! which is outrageous, i filed a case w/ AT&T to see if they can change the $350 internet charges to a rated of $15 for the unlimited internet and get my bill to about $425 - I waited a week for them to get back to me but they haven't, and I'm planning to call tomorrow.. but then....
Today i just receive another BILL!! after my account has been suspended w/ at&t LAST MONTH, adding another $200 for this month's phone bill BUT MY ACCT. IS SUSPENDED, why would they charge if I can't even use my phone? :flamemad:
My question & concern is, I'm a college student with a Not high paying job, so I'm planning to drop my contract with AT&T which is probably about $1,000 w/ early cancellation - and i just wanted to know if it was possible to pay in a sum payment to AT&T cause i know I can't pay 1,000 on the spot
I'm not much of a fan of AT&T/Cingular or maybe I'm just being biased since I've been a T-Mobile owner since 2005 :smart:
