...and walking 30 mins per day, but? my friend told me this is pointless?
I walk 30 minutes in the am, and rie the stationary bike for 30 minutes in the pm. But my friend told me today that this is pointless because you dont start burning fat unless you exercise for 40 minutes straight? Is she right? I havent weighted myself yet to see if ive lost anything, but I woul hate to think ive just wasted my time, so, is she right? or am i actually benefitting from this exercise? My goal is to lose anywhere between 20-30lbs :) x
No you dont understand lol, she doesnt mean exercise for 40 minutes per day, she means i must do the walking and bike riding together otherwise i wont lose weight. I hope shes wrong lol
