I have a friend w/ a LG Dare on Cricket w/ current PRL but all of sudden after the New Years his WEB stop working. He has refreshed the switch and its on the $45 plan and classified as Moto V3C.. ANyone out there know what is going on and how to fix problem?

THe only thing that opens up now is the Cricket page to pay for the $5 Web Option and when u press that it says service unavailiable.
