For playing outdoors, do you use studs or astrotuf boots?

I've always used astrotuf boots as i dont feel 100% comfortable with studs... every1 uses them tho so i think i'll need to get used to it
are they really that much better?
 
Yeah defenitly Astros Adriano. As well as the fact you don't have to mess about with studs they act as really really nice Trainers for other Sport (provided they don;t get too dirty),say like the Sports Course i'm on at College (it brightens up my drab College Tracksuit and White -Shirt).
