I know sheriRAB are not automatically allowed to carry a concealed firearm, I would think a public election of a law enforcement officer would also be a public act.

Would all referendums be public acts too?
 
That's true. If the government had been defeated, the current session of Parliament would have ended early and an election would be called. The gay marriage bill would have died on the order paper, before it had a chance to become law, along with any other pending legislation. This wouldn't have prevented any future government from re-introducing legislation after an election, and it wouldn't have changed the fact that gay marriage is legal in about 80% of the country. It wouldn't prevent future court challenges in provinces and territories which haven't legalized gay marriage.
 
And VOR concedes another one. Seriously, the more you say that, the more people realize that's your acceptance of defeat, so by all means, keep doing so.
 
Have you ever considered that it's simpler than that? Some people just want to preserve marriage as it currently is defined. :rolleyes:
 
JP2 thought all life was worth saving but I can bet you if he had to make a choice between a butchering rapist or and innoceent baby in the womb he would chose the latter............
 
I rest my case.............You should have never revealed your a RC........I believe there is a small sect of the Episcopol Church that recognizes gay marriage.........should should change your religion to that sect........
 
I am a Roman Catholic and a lot of the abuses took place during counseling in private sessions and girls have been altar servers and in the choir such the early eighties where i attend Mass..............

And none of you pro gay people have answered my questions as to why the priests only molested boys if they were not gay...............

Oh and your GF is Catholic.........I thought you were gay........ :confused:

Would you deny S/S couples the right of "Equal protection under the law?" If I remember correctly, you were in the service so ALL AMERICANS would have the same rights guanteed to them in The Constitution.

So if I understand you correctly the majority of men in marriages to women now are actually gay. That if same sex marriage were allowed that the birth rates would drop to 0.
