For Olive Garden Employees: Can a 15 year old be a hostess at Olive Garden?

I live in Kansas and was wondering, for those of you that already work at Olive Garden, can I work at Olive Garden? I turn 15 next month and will be able to drive to work myself. And I am in desperate need of a job, and plus I love their food. So please help me!
