For Neo-996 (Actual 996 from The Matrix)

That can't be the real one. The real one blew up when Trinity drove it off the roof in the Matrix and it landed on the guard shack.

C'mon, get a grip.

I Matrix is a cool Ducati but I've never been real fond of the Army green color.

As far as being the "ACTUAL" one used in the movie...highly unlikely.

Very nice thought anyway, thanks.

Just watched this last night by coincidence.

The one she drove off the roof was an Agusta. In black.

The Ducati she rode around off an exit and the Agents said "Ignore her. The exile is the priority"

She got out the moment she ditched the keymaker.

OK, so here's the thing. It's very likely that this in fact, IS the bike from the movie-or one of them.

Studios don't have just ONE bike for an action scene, but rather a modest number of the same exact thing for these shots. Think about it. How many actual Dukes of Hazzard Chargers were there? If you crash one, are you going to shut down the set for an entire day? Moreover, even if they did roll one off the freeway, they likely had another one on a stable track thingy (movie guys can insert term here) in front of a green screen.

Even at $15k a pop, it would have been nothing for the studio to buy up four or five of those bad boys for the flick. I mean, really-Matrix wasn't exactly a low budget indie joint.
