I have a lovely piece of lean 'shoulder of lamb' and I would like to cook it using my slow cooker.
In a simple recipe, can someone please tell me how to cook my lamb in my slow cooker.
I don't like herbs and I don't have any fancy ingredients.. but I do have fresh mushrooms, fresh plum tomatoes, onions, a can of carrots and a piece of fresh swede (turnip), new potatoes, plus of course salt, black pepper, paprika and castor sugar. I also have fresh mint sauce.
Please take me though a step by step recipe, so that I can enjoy my lamb at lunch time on Sunday.
You will be helping a really old man who is nearly 80.
