For black people only--- why are we complaining?

Just noticed how some people complain about racism so why don't we set up our own e.g company that promotes black people and so forth than just sit down and complain about getting less jobs because of our colour, for instance i know one company that tkae 99.9% black people are getting a good salary and are ptting more blacks in a job, why can't we make more

OK, I'm not black, but if you are living in a 'white' world, why can't you just get on with life? Go for it!
You can do it! The election of Barack Obama has empowered blacks.
However, it must be said, that many blacks look for discrimination.
I work with asylum seekers. Not long ago a black African shouted at me, 'You whites are all the same.' A black African in my waiting room shouted back, 'She wouldn't be doing this job if she were racist.'

the people that complain about racism in here are people that are frustrated because of lack of education that is why the lash out filth to others Including Including their own and I think that if they can use a computer to degrade them self's they can go to school and learn a profession and be somebody in life and better themselves
but the choose not to and they put the blame on others
 
My advice is give up complaining. You have to prove that you are just as good. Not only by setting up businesses but simply excelling academically, creatively and athletically. I have gained a lot of respect from my peers because I work hard to achieve grades. RESPECT is the main goal. People look at you and treat you differently when you have achieved things!!!
 
You can't just "set up a company" and then know for sure that it will be large, your company has to be lucky enough t be successful in the first place; the vast majority of business's fail within 5 years but even if your business does turn up successful than you can not have a workforce of 99% black people because that would be employment discrimination.

Also, if you want a black work force of 99% than you must also make sure there are enough black professionals to go around. you don't want underqualified people running your company. There is actually a shortage of black professionals in the US in most states.
