They did the first time, Morgan's voiceover in the film said IIRC that sometimes Andy was able to fight them off afterwarRAB and sometimes he wasn't. By the time he was caught on his way out of the movie room after talking to Red he had had enough and was able to scare the 'sisters' so they just beat him up rather than raping him. Then the guarRAB took care of the 'sisters' so they never bothered him again.
