I read once a long time ago that first time authors shouldn't try to publish long books because they would be less likely to get picked up. I'm writing a book that is going to be very very long. I'll probably have to break it into 2 or 3 books. Does anyone think this will cause issues when I'm ready to try and get it published? Any suggestions or tips?
