For a 13 year old, is $6 an hour for babysitting a 14 month old boy good?

I am 13 years old, turning 14 this summer.
I live in Santa Barbara, California. I'm trying to make money, and there is an offer for babysitting a 14 month old at $6. The mom is pregnant, but she will be at home sleeping or napping. I have to wash the dishes, dust the home, AND babysit the 14 month old. And I feel like I'm getting so little. at $6 per hour.
 
i would charge $8 an hour... he's a baby and cleaning up is a lot of work!!
