football workouts..not seeing any improvements?

so we have been working out for the past 4 weeks nowand i havent seen any imporvements. ive seen improvements in my body mass which is a good thing because im bigger then before, but its just my arms that are pissing me off. i used to be skinny until i gained some muscle and now im really not tht skinny. my arms are but i dont care about that, i want muscle to develop in them. i drink 100% whey protein everyday. never missed it. and i still havent seen improvements. im 5'8. weight 143 pounds. i bench 135 and i squat around 185-200, and whats to be a cornerback. what should i do to see improvements? lift bigger weights, or keep doing what im doing? please give me an good answer ill appriciate it. thanks
