Football players can't have sex?

My boyfriend is on the Varsity football team for our school. He is a great athlete and really sticks to the rules. One of the coaches' rules are that the football players can't have sex during the season. Why is this a rule? I don't know if all coaches insest on this or just ours. But somebody please expalin to me what is so wrong with the football players having sex during season? Offically most of the players on the varsity football team do still have sex, but my boyfriend really tries to stick to the rules. So we don't have sex until homecoming night. Becuase the homecoming game is our last of the season. I just don't understand this rule. Help!
1} yeah we're in high school

2} my boyfriend deffinately does want to have sex with me during the season, but if I was to get pregnant during football season he would get kicked off the team for breaking his contract

they have to sign a paper saying they willl obey all the rules and whatever else

3} and I know it's not just some bull my bf made up because he hates the rule and a lot of guys talk about the rule and my bff got her boyfriend to break the rule a few times, but I support my boyfriend in trying to keep true to his word to the coach

Umm. You're probably in highschool, right? There is a million reasons why having sex in highschool or even college is bad... You could get pregnant, drop out of school, ruin your career and maybe ruin your life, get too emotionally involved with a guy who only wants sex and then you feel destroyed after he cheats or breaks up with you and hence to bad in school (this could also happen to a guy), a guy could get his girl pregnant and feel horrible and drop out and... Yeah do I have to name more? And you also could get a bad rep as a slut or a player. It's the respectable and right thing to do to wait... It makes sense that the coaches are making an attempt to make their players respectable and good not only on the field but in other aspects of their life. Also getting that involved with a girl is distracting. My school doesn't do this but I'm sure they encourage their players not too.

I don't know if it's an officially established rule...I guess it's so the players keep their heads in the game instead of on their d1cks.

I don't know about your team, but our QB did a lot better during one game after he got head from a cheerleader lol.
 
Because many coaches are Neanderthals who have no idea what they are talking about.

They think that men are meaner when they have not had sex. It is stupid and it has been scientifically proven to be false.
 
This is why Tom Brady is out of football. He got involved with an airhead supermodel and he can't keep his mind on the game. Good riddance!

you know having sex is extra private ! and I cannot understand how his coach dare to say smth like that !
you have to talk with Your BF ! he should know the reason why !

I dunno.
Probably to keep the players focused on their grades, practice, and football instead of girls. Either that or coach isn't getting any and he wants the players to feel his pain.
 
It''s probably just an excuse not to have sex with you. Like who's gonna find out? You're not gonna tell his coach are you.
