Football manager 2008 wont work on windows vista?

Iv installed football manager 2008 and it was working fine, but now this error thing comes up saying 'Unable to authenticate original disk within time limit. Please have a look at http://www.securom.com/message.asm?m=timeout for further, more detailed information

I dont know why it is doing this it is working on other peoples accounts on the computer but not on mine?? Help please
