ok so i am a wide reciver and a saft in 13 years old what is some 1 man drills i can do?

a lot of foot work. such as the ladder. tires. practice running and quick feet a lot of side to side. ect..

Something that I found helped when I was receiver was find a time in the evening that is quiet, toss a ball up in the air and by logic and hearing try to catch it with ur eyes closed, this will help in the heat of the game, I once caught a ball without even turn back it just popped in front of me, after that thy made me QB

some quick feet drills help like using a ladder and sprinting backwards. one thing my coaches did for the wr and safeties was have them pedal backwards then they would point the ball in a direction and we would have to turn our hips fast that direction then keep on back pedaling. that is more of a 2 person drill but trust it really does help.

man to man coverage drills, practice catching, wind sprints. check out nikes football training program site. google it.

Just practice the common routes that are used by football teams like the hook, fly, post/corner, cuts in/out. Try to be able to have sharp breaks too, as it will give you an advantage against cbs you play against.
