If you're at McDonalds or something, they've got the calories somewhere in the packaging, but when you're out at a formal restaurant how are you supposed to know the calories of what you eat? Can anyone tell me about some low-calorie foods that are commonly eaten in formal dining settings? Something healthy AND yummy, if you catch my drift. 
NOTE: I don't eat seafood. I get a rash when I do. :/
