is it possible that certain foods can affect your mood? what kind of foods ? i noticed for 2 weeks when i ate very healthy i was extremely happy. then when i slacked i started feeling down and depressed.
Fish oils have been shown to greatly effect moods. Foods with high B vitamins & B complex vitamins will help with moods. A friend of mine was greatly helped by using resveratrol.
High carb levels cause high insulin levels, high insulin levels unbalance other hormones which can greatly effect moods.
