If my sensitivity to a food is causing nasal congestion, how long after I stop eating the food will my nose clear?

It all depenRAB...it is different with different people but generally a day maybe two.

In my case, in the event of a bad allergic reaction to food, or anything else, it takes me up to three days before my sinuses and breathing are totally better.

It usually takes me about three days to feel normal. I'm sensitive to milk and ice cream, orange juice, and really cold food and drinks, like slushies or smoothies. I get terrible congestion, dizziness, and a "drunk" feeling. It's not worth it. I don't think it's allergies, just sensitivity.
