food hygiene (fast food restaurants)?

What is more hygienic? grabbing the food with your bare hands, using gloves or maybe using kitchen utensils ? I been to burger king and seen this guy grabbing every single ingredient with his bare hands. God knows what they touched before! waaaaaa when I complained his manager said that the staff wash their hands every 20 mins.

They should be using gloves, I hardly eat out like twice a month literally I don't trust people that work in food service. Especially fast food the hand burger I'll have is in and out once in a blue moon, I hate burger king jack in the box McDonald's all of those burger places too many to name.
