Fog lights on 2001 Dodge Ram...?

My truck has fog lights on it, but they don't work. I've replaced the bulbs, the fuse, and the relay to no avail. I've even replaced the switch. I'm wondering if they weren't hooked up even tho they were installed as factory equipment. If anyone knows what i could do to get them to work i would really appreciate it. Thanks
