fm radio on the n80...

So people keep telling me they get FM radio on there nokia n80...do you mean teh visual radio that you have to pay a service charge for??

when i tried on the phone it says i have to pay service charges or something and if i want to have fm that i have to use an external antenna or something weird...

anyone have any tips on how to get it to work?

no u dont have to pay u just have to connect the head phones because they are the antenna, thats it plain and simple

You have to pay for visual service not the FM radio. Who would pay for FM radio?

and you can also play the FM radio through your loudspeaker though It wont work unless you plug the headset in first.

You can't. You need it as the antenna to recieve the FM signal.

Hes right though you can play it through the loud speaker you still need the headset as an antenna

It comes with an adaptor that you can use to plug a 2.5mm headset.

ad-15 is the one that came with it. the ad-41 is the better adapter they make.
