flyer/invitations photoshop 7.0 help?

my daughter had this idea to do her sweet 16 invitations using photoshop well neither one of us know how to work it.

im looking for someone who can help me out or to email me and we can talk about you actually just making it for us. haha

we have an example one that my daughter really likes, its a flyer type style.. and i could let you know colors and details and we also have pictures that we are going to use for it as well.

if anyone could help soon i would greatly appreciate it.
we need to have these done by November 10th.
 
Hey.
Why not use photoshop to create images for text and pictures, to enhance them etc and use these images in a desktop publishing software such as publisher.

This would be much easier for you, and publisher has some good designs already set up.

You could also contact a local printer and ask for a quote for them to do it, although that might be a little bit costy.
