Flu-like aches & neck pain - allergies?

Do you ever feel like you have the flu when your allergies kick in?

Around the middle of August when the pollen was high I started getting these symptoms off & on, most days not everyday. Sound like allergies? I am allergic to a lot but don't ever get the typical runny nose, itchy eyes, etc. I have no fever, fatigure or anything else.

Sore neck & shoulders
Flu-like chills & muscle aches
Heavy head - headache in back of head

I am curious if someone else out there feels this way. I am seeing a chiropractor too in case that helps.

Well I can't say for sure that it is just allergies, because my ENT also suspects an infection, but I have been having sinus/allergy problems since mid-June, and I do get the sore neck, achiness, headaches, etc.
