I am thinking of moving to florida and start working to establish residency in that state. I want to attend college there, so I want to know how much does the state of florida offers to a student that makes about $25,000/year in grants? It is going to be my first undergraduate degree... I just want to know if it is worth it to go (I heard good things about Florida financial aid system-they sometimes pay for everything, is that true?-) I currently live in PA and their financial aid suck... It will take me years to save enough to go to a public university and acquire an engineering degree (getting a loan is out of question, I'm alone in this country so no cosigner or enough credit history)... I am already 20!
