I am trying to use Sunshine State Standards to find the following based on FINE ARTS - I need a standard - one or more - for each of these areas....but I don't understand what I'm looking for or at or what to use to answer these....
This should be for grades K-6.
I've never had trouble with any other standards, but this has me left clueless... I think the first and third ones MIGHT be right??
PLEASE help!
1. Standard that Involves giving a performance
The student sings, alone and with others, a varied repertoire
of music. (MU.A.1.4)
The students performs on instruments, alone and with
others, a varied repertoire of music. (MU.A.2.4)
2. Standard that Relates to the higher end of Bloom’s Taxonomy (synthesis, evaluation)
3. Standard that Seems to be a mainstay of the discipline
The student understands music in relation to culture and
history. (MU.C.1.4)
4. Standard that Exemplifies authentic learning
5. Standard that Could be used to justify a field trip
