I went though the same decision process a few weeks ago. The Pitbull has the grease fittings, and lifts higher. It also comes with a handle.
The J&S seems to be as highly regarded, has a smaller footprint and is a bit lighter. Since my garage space is limited, I choose the J&S and got the drain pan included for less than the Pitbull. I stand it up against the wall to store, so size and weight did matter to me. And now I can change my fluids and get zero spills on the garage floor using the drain pan. That keeps mama happy, and we all know how important that is.
I've used it twice so far, it's rock solid and I feel much more confident with it than I did with my Sears jack.
If I had more room, I probably would have bought the Pitbull, I kinda liked the grease fittings. But I really don't think you'll go wrong with either one.
