...play in a game? im still puzzled by this strategy that still gets used by some coaches in games.
i can see the fores and against of the use of the flooding of the back line but im still not convinced that it is the be all and end all of defending a score when the game is still in the balance.
i have seen teams overuse of the pill in the back line. with hand and foot passing passing thats not accurate. it ends up in the hands of the opposition.
and a goal will result because of the loose checking by some of their team mates.
i would prefer to see the team that is defending try and run the ball out. and move the ball down to their scoring end instead of this game of keeping's off that has about a 50/50 chance of ever coming off.
what are your thoughts on this very chancey part of our game.
