Flightplan <<- You have to watch it

The release date on Play.com will probably be for Region 1 (i.e. USA etc) The film was out over there around September so I'm guessing they must be having a quick release on DVD ready for the christmas market.
 
Excellent film! One of the best I have seen in a long time - and only a 12A too!

It's a good old fashioned thriller, with no violence or swearing...and has you on the edge of your seat right up till the end!

Would definately watch again! It makes a refreshing change to come away from the cinema, and to have thoroughly enjoyed the film!
 
i just got back from sdeeing the film and i have to say that this film is one of my favourites this year along with harry potter and saw 2 but if you go to see this film having really high hopes for it and thinking it's excellent you might be dissapoited but if you see this film thinking o its going to be rubbish you'll love it lol strange how tht works anyway GO SEE IT!!!!
 
I have seen Flightplan already, and i have to admit it is a good movie. All i can say is you wont be dissapointed with the ending. Jodie Foster gives a great performance, the people on the plane have no idea where her daughter went, and they deny ever seeing her daughter in the first place. I got confused at the end, you will get confused, its one of those films with a missing puzzel. I love thrillers and i think jodie is good at them and i think she should stick with thrillers. I give this 10 out of 10.
 
Didn't the film makers come out and say it's basically a remake of The Lady Vanishes, but that doesn't matter because our target audience have not seen the original film...

I'll be seeing it for Jodie Foster when it's released on dvd. But yes can someone post the spoilers on how it is similar to Lady Vanishes and how it enRAB. Thanks.
 
I've seen it - it's very far-fetched but very well done, largely benefits from having a great cast. Hopefully it will do much for the career of Peter Sarsgaard (who is very very underrated and, let's face it, not ugly..... :D )

Oh, and Jodie's good too, but as you might imagine from the above remark my attention was elsewhere.....
 
I suggest you start a new thread titled 'flightplan - spoilers' and dont put it in this one so you dont risk ruining it for people.
