Flickr API - PHP - Get Frob?

Could you help me... I need the php code where 1. It will send the data to flickr and 2. save the response frob key to a text file at the location "myFrob.txt" as " frob.value = '[THE FROB VALUE]' " and in the PHP where it needs my API key and SECRET key just put: [api here] or [secret here]
