flat screen tv issue?

me and my dad just got a fifth wheeler with a built in hdtv. theres 2 cable spots on is called "satelite" and the other is called cable. when we try to get cable it doesent work and we have searched channels and everything on different slots but the tv on the end of the camper is working fine and if we get any channels there all fuzzy and hard to hear
