Flat black paint for my 89 Mustang LX?

i am going to paint my 89 mustang lx flat black but i want it to have a pearl in it like the suburban from "rob n big" but im not sure where to start to find this paint for one, and two how much this will cost... does anyone have any suggestions or ideas on products i can buy to keep my cost down, or where i can get the paint at a good price?
