Hey I have just made a clean install, the pc powers on for a few seconds, then off for about 2 then powers on and runs as normal. I haven't installed any OS yet, I have read that the way to sort this problem is to update the bios

I have downloaded the latest bios from the Gigabyte website and put it on a flash drive. I run QFlash through the bios but it says the flash drive is empty. What do I do?
