Flashing squares/boxes on screen?

It seems like whenever I got to a web page and I scroll that these little squares keep flashing. Usually they're white unless the page is predominantly white, then they're black. And they happen mostly when there are pictures or videos on the page. Can someone help me with this? Oh and I have a Mac btw
