So i have a helio sph a513
i have done everything i could think of to make this phone cricket.
i have succesfully written the prl, etc.
the programming has worked perfectly
So why does the phone say "outside coverage area" everytime i try and dial any nuraber????
the phone is in perfect condition and has no visible damage. What could some problems be?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
