Flashing Problem w/ v3c

Okay so here's the deal. I bought a verizon v3c, flashed it to cricket, didn't like it.

So i used an AllTell monster flash file and loved it, because I got the original moto skins and everything, but then i flashed to Cricket using the file from the humpda.vzw or w/e that site is.

A few problems,

1. *228 goes to cricket activation, but doesn't recognize esn, (not a problem, i dont care about that)
2. When I dial 611, I dont get transferred to cricket customer service, meaning that there is a problem, and i might not beable to use the service.

Now keep in mind, my phone is not activated with them yet, I've yet to go and pay the money to use the service, but I've talked to a few reps with the 1800 nuraber on my home phone and 2 have said the phone would work, 1 of those 2 saying it might not because 611 doesn't work, and the 3rd rep said it wouldn't work period, but he was an idiot.

So thats a total of 3 reps I've talked to, and one lady gave me the most information saying that if 611 doesn't work, then im not completely flashed to cricket.

That could be a problem. I've loaded the 1039 prl for cricket to my phone, so *228 does connect me, but 611 doesn't.

HUGE PROBLEM!! Please, any help would be greatly appreciated, and just to let you know, you guys all rock, all of my flashing/seem editing knowledge I have learned from here.

Thank you in advance,
I hope someone can help.
And if there are any files I need just feel free to email me at [email protected]

hmm. Well the customer reps said 611 should work if it was correctly flashed ov er to cricket.

buttt they tend to be stupid and not know what they're doing.

haha. but when you say manually program the data settings,

are they the settings they give me, or would it be some i could get from a source from here perhaps?

That would be great if someone could give me all of the settings for cricket phones.

Thank you in advance,
-Chris

Well, the easiest thing would be to use a Cricket firmware since all the data settings are already set properly. Is there any particular reason why you didn't like the Cricket V3c firmware when you tried it?

Lol i think i forgot to say this,

But i flashed from VERIZON to Cricket, and i didn't like the stuff it had on it.

So i completely flashed to a stock v3c Alltell flash, (monster file), and then i flashed from alltell to cricket.

It was the same way on verizon/cricket, 611 didn't work, gave me a weird message.

So im thinking the cricket flash file doesn't work properly, or it isn't a full flash.

I need access to possibly a cricket monster file if ANYONE knows where to get one for a v3c?

Any help on this would be greattt

Again, I AM flashed to cricket, just through an alltell phone rather than verizon now.

Thanks in advance,
Chris

this is an interesting dillema. it has nothing to do with the flash tho. this should be controlled by the prl and nam settings if you can connect to the ota ivr you *should* be able to connect to the *611 ivr. i don't really know that much about this stuff, but i can tell you the fact that cricket cs was offering any advice at all make you really lucky. they don't typically support any non cricket esn, but rather refer you to see whoever flashed the phone for help.
