Flashing pins and needles in lower arm?

Hi since this morning I have had a feeling of torn tendons in my arm, I have just felt some pins and needles flash all over my lower arm. The pins and needles aren't there all the time. They flash in one part of my lower arm then go, then the go to another place in my lower arm.

On sunday, I did 11 songs in a row on just dance the wii game, I wonder if this has anything to do with it.
