flashing phone over and have everyting work on it

ok so i have had to phones flashed over to cricket both were picture phones im wondering can u flash picture phones over and have the picture text/bluetooth work on it ? :help:

Just the other day, I flashed over a phone for the 1st time myself and got the internet working with picture messaging. Moto Q9 Originally from sprint

most sprint phones can not be full flashed with web and mms ... where as most verizon can be
