flashing my blackberry to boost mobile?

okay i just bought a sprint blackberry tour from ebay, it does have a clean esn. okay do i just go to the activation page on the boost mobile website and enter my info, or do i use www.silverspooncells.com to get it flashed to boost mobile. i am so confused. please dont say it can be done because it can, and i know if for sure
