Flashing my BIOS................?

My IDE card (Promise Technology ultra 100tx2) released an update that allows it to support 48 LBA. the update contains a new driver and a BIOS flasher. MY Motherboard's BIOS already has 48 LBA support... does my IDE card have it's own BOIS I need to flash? If so how do I flash it without a floppy disk drive? Thanks

PS: I've already gone around and made sure all other settings (like windows service pack 2 and up) is setup to work with 48 LBA
