Flashes of Bright Light?

You got spooked by the Ouija bord and your mind is playing tricks on you, which explains why the "flashing light" follows you.
If you think about the orb it will show, if your scared it will show.
If your mind is at ease or distracted you can forget about it and it will not show. Trust me the mind can play really convincing tricks.
At any rate if you are catholic or christian or even not, I recommend you try this prayer it's guaranteed to put your mind at ease. It's the Hail Mary you may know it if not it goes like this:
Hail Mary, Full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of Thy Womb, Jesus.
Holy mary, mother of god pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death, Amen.
Say that 3 times and your mind will be at ease it always works for me.
Also think about this: When they make these Ouija boards, at some godforsaken factory, do you think they do anything to the wood and plastic that would make it more magical then...a chair?
As for your friend she was probably scared too and you guys were reassuring each other of your paranoia making it more convincing.

Once, me and my friend Brittanny were messing with an Ouija board. When we went to sleep, all was silent and dark. We were just both about to go to sleep, when this .. orb of light went through the room. It was wicked fast, and as bright as lightening. We both screamed at the same time, so I know she wasn't faking when she later told me she'd seen the ball, too. We were terrified. Since, we haven't seen anything. Brittanny is now moved away, but a few weeks ago I encountered this bright silver flashing light that went off every couple of minutes. It was super bright, and I could see it was coming from my hall. The hall light doesn't work, so I know it wasn't that. Besides, no bulb is that white. Now, I've moved to a new house. But three times now, I've seen a bright silver light outside -my- window. It's in the shape of an orb, and it's bright, sudden, and almost impossible to miss, but impossible to catch, if that makes any sense. I'm bloody terrified, and I have no idea what's going on. Am I being paranoid, or is a silver flash related to some sort of .. I dunno. D:
