flashed sprint phone to metro pcs?

i have a flashed samsung rant that is on metro pcs and i love it but i dont know how to put music or things like that as my ringtone and also i was wondering if anyone knew how to get the sprint app "my stuff" so i can download it to my phone and i might be able to do something from there
