Flashed Motorola q9m functioning slow

Hey guys! hopefully someone can help me or point me in the right direction. I got a motorola q9m off ebay and it worked excellent for months. All the sudden yesterday, when i would text the phone would show what i was writing but the space bar would move. I tried a soft reset like 50 times and still does this. My messages will come in like 30 minutes late, as soon as I open up text it might work once then back to blank screen. After this the whole phone is super slow and everything sticks and freezes. Idk if someone knows how to set to default but i dont wanna loose my cricket functions or information. Is there another option? Thanks so much!
 
thanks but i dont even know how to do that and i did sear hard reset in the search bar but stuff came up about people doing them not how to do them :confused:
 
its in the main menu and then go into Memory you will see it there note that if you do do that it will kick your flashed settings off the phone and will have to reflash it, also this post is posted in the wrong section.
 
pda phone info and help should be posted in the pda section. you seem new here, so please familiarize yourself with the forum rules.
