Flashed moto q9m txt msg's dont work

I recently had an old account and just changed it. So i had to have the cricket store spend an hour to manually program the new nuraber in. My problem now is txt msg's dont work. The settings under txt msgs have my old phone nuraber as the callback nuraber. Maybe this has something to do with it? If so how can i change the callback nuraber to my new nuraber? Its not highlighted and not letting me change it from that screen.
 
well i guess i get incoming txts but outgoing still do not work. I get the msg "The msg was not sent to one or more recipients". "To verify addresses and network coverage select Retry. To save to drafts, select Cancel"
 
*228 didnt work first so i had to take it in. I got the mdn/min from customer service and gave them to the lady at the cricket store and saw her type them in.
 
I've answered this before, here:

"I've seen many users unfamiliar with a CRICKET Network glitch... it's very common in my market (FRESNO, CA) where outgoing text messages (SMS) fail to send. This symptom is not due to your flashing procedures or phone issues, with the exception of editing the MO-SMS in the NV items... for example, I had an LG with no SMS, everything was in working properly (WAP, MMS, CALLS) and it was due to to the MO-SMS being set to 16k instead of 8k. In order to fix the network issue, contact CRICKET and request an "Account Refresh" to resolve the failing outgoing SMS. You may have to escalate the issue for them to refresh it again or properly."

so basically, call CRICKET, ask them to refresh your account, wait up to 24 hours for it to work, if your still having problems. call again and refresh again.

its a network issue
