Flashed e815 won't send text messages, any ideas

OK. It is just that I have never had to do this before. Any thoughts as to why this time a call to Cricket is required?

No idea why, it has been happening a lot to me and my customers lately, flashed phone or not.

That and incoming MMS comes through as a text message with a link to view the picture on. Again, this problem occurs whether it's flashed or not.

Calling Cricket always fixes it though.
 
I have seen that most of the time people end up actually going to a store since calling Customer Service is a crapshoot. As soon as they see it is a flahsed phone they will tell you that since it is a flashed phone there is no guarantee it will work, blah blah. Even when you ask them to refresh your account, some will even say they did only to do nothing at all.
 
You just have to mess with them and tell them something in return.

Support " well actually since its a flash phone actually all the service are not a guarantee...Actually"
