flashed bberry storm ..how to put media on it(vids,music,pix,,,etc,,)?

I bught a flshed bberry storm that only came with the vcast cd and not the roxio media manager..my storm doe have the music and vids on it ..the problem is that when i click play it read "unable to play content"

Anyone know why ?? :)
what can i do ?? :)

Im sure im not the only one who has or has had this problem
