Flash tutorials

Alright I've got a quick question. I am going to lock my phone back to sprint and install a new Rom on it. So I have access to Adobe's tutorial software which uses flash, I can record my process with captions on the PC end. Would this be worth it for noobs and others? I can also integrate the tutorial in to it. It can be streamed or setup in to a exe file. Also what is the best ROM in everyone's opinion to install? Thanks for everyone's help so far.
 
Yea I guess what I was wondering was if it would be a waste to build a flash tutorial for it when the majority of work is based around the phone instead of the PC end....or if it's not let me know. I can definitely take what I've read from other tutorials and make something a bit snazzier.
 
Basically it would look something like this with clickable links and screen recordings where possible...It's a little cheesy looking but you get the point...

Well I will at least make a good looking update to the flashing tutorial. I am still a bit unsure if I have the know with all to successfully flash my phone. I nearly destroyed my phone just trying to get evdo to work. Anyways I'll try to work on it this week.
