Flash Question

Please dont get mad, it was probally posted somewhere, but i work 2 jobs and have limited time to search! I was told by a few local phone places that they have a complete flash for for moto razors only that will allow me to roam and get picture messages. They say it is suppose to but they have not tested it. Will i be able to roam and get picture messages on it? And can other phones be flashed with software so every thing on it works?
 
Yes, there is a cricket monster flash for the v3c razr.

If you have a V3M Razr, you can use the v3c monster flash, but the media player won't work, or you can use a different moster flash (alltel I believe) and modify settings to make everything work for cricket.

There are threaRAB out there, so now that you know that, you can do a search for more details.
 
Bah, I hate it when someone says they dont have enough time to use the search button, but they have enough time to make a new thread, ask a long question, then post it and wait for answers. Grrrr...
 
you don't even have to search! it's the thread at the top of the stickies!!!!!
They just say that because they don't want to guarantee anything and then you come back mad if it doesn't work, but there could be a variety of problems causing it to not work.

If you don't have time to search, then you definately don't have time to get your feet wet with modding your phone. take it to someone that does, or be willing to devote at least a little bit of time to this should it not work.
 
I dont want to mod my my phone im going have a shop do it. I just wanted to know if i could get picture messaging and roaming on a moto v3c if i flash it from verizon to cricket.And yes i should of found the time to use the search button.
 
You can get roaming and i'm pretty sure MMS on a V3c. I think you need to use the cricket flash. You just need to understand that if your that busy it will be better to take it to a shop. As you'll need to invest a couple of hours in getting things running and not expect for everything to work the first time. (I'd say it'll take 3-4 hours but thats including time for you to understand and learn everything you need, Find things via searching, Backup your current settings, Get the software. Before you start make sure you have a cricket phone line along with your MIN and MDN.) As your getting yourself into something that will take sometime but the results should be worth it.
 
Thanks for every thing guys, I flashed my razor v3c. I got every thing to work, picture messages, text web and roaming. Works perfect, i am very happy. Thanks again every one!!!!
 
just started working for cricket my supervisor asked me to do some research and find out how to flash any phone that is on a cdma network. i basicly need a break down, can anyone be a bro. i know you need a esn, how do you change the firmware
